​From time to time, Poise Aesthetics (we, us, or Company) may be required by law to provide certain written notices or disclosures to you. The terms and conditions for providing such notices and disclosures electronically are outlined below. Please read this information carefully. Getting Paper Copies

You may request a paper copy of any record provided or made available to you electronically at any time. You will have the ability to download and print documents provided during your booking session. To request paper copies, please follow the instructions below.

 

Withdrawing Your Consent

You can withdraw your consent to receive notices and disclosures electronically at any time, and choose to receive required documents in paper format. Please note that withdrawing your consent may delay certain transactions and services. 

 

To withdraw your consent, simply:

- Decline to sign a document within your Wix session and select the checkbox indicating you wish to withdraw consent.

- Send us an email to poiseaesthetics@gmail.com, stating your full name, email, and mailing address. You will no longer be able to receive electronic documents through our Wix system after withdrawing consent.

 

All Notices and Disclosures Will Be Sent to You Electronically

Unless you inform us otherwise, we will provide all required notices, disclosures, authorizations, and other documents electronically. We prefer to use the same method and email address for all communications. If you do not agree with receiving these documents electronically, please let us know.

By checking the box on the form, you confirm:

- You can access and read this Electronic Consumer Disclosure.

- You are able to print or save the document for future reference.

- You consent to receiving all required documents electronically from Poise Aesthetics unless otherwise stated.
